This policy explains how Nebulous TX LLC (“Nebulous,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in the apps we publish and on this website, apps.nebulousllc.net. An app’s store listing describes the data that particular app uses.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If an app asks you for information, such as account details or preferences, we use it only to provide the feature you asked for.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and hosting provider keep standard request logs, including IP address, browser or device type, the pages or resources requested, and the time of the request. We use these logs to operate and secure our services and keep them for up to 90 days.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure our apps and this website.
- To diagnose problems and understand, in aggregate, how our apps are used.
- To meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that host or operate our services on our behalf, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
If an app uses a third-party service, such as a platform sign-in or a payment provider, that service’s privacy policy covers the information it handles.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can stop using an app at any time and remove it from your device. Any app that lets you create an account also lets you delete that account and its associated data.
Children and families
Some of our apps are made for families, including children. In apps meant for children:
- We don’t collect personal information from children, such as names, email addresses, photos, or location.
- There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking.
- Links that leave the app and any purchases are behind a parental check.
If an app ever needs personal information from a child under 13, we will get verifiable consent from a parent first and tell the parent how to review or delete that information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
